Sexual Vitality - Why it’s Hot Right Now
You may have noticed that Sex Business isn’t how it used to be… no longer is it dirty business, it’s Sacred Business!! From Jade Eggs, crystal dildos, to Kundalini energy, to Tantric practices, to divine unions and conscious relationships! We are turning the tide from ugly to holy!
It’s about bloody time… wouldn’t you say?
Men and women, equally, have been convinced that sex and everything in-between is shameful, frowned upon, unladylike, promiscuous, slutty, secret, dangerous…
Sooooo much social conditioning! And I mean SO much!
Mixed messaging from what we learned at home, to what we learned from school and/or church, to Cosmopolitan, Advertising, Slut-shaming, Social media & pop culture… is there any wonder society is a bit mucked up?
Wouldn’t we prefer to be radiant, dynamic, powerful sex Goddesses?!
I mean, is that an option?
Hellllll YES it is!
And so with the conscious community evolving so too has our awareness of our sexuality.
From a Yogic and Ayurveda viewpoint, sexual energy is linked to vitality. Wouldn’t you say that’s important information? It’s like your teacher gave you an assignment but withheld vital information, right? Healthy sexual energy supports our immunity, aliveness, and radiance.
Some Tantra practices even allow us to heal using the pleasure of orgasm… imagine that! Creating a sacred space to pursue pleasure in aid of healing pain! It’s radical, isn’t it?!
And that’s what I love about this new direction. It is a radical act of self-love!
Not only can we unlock the secret wisdom and power of our private parts and womb chakra, but we can feel the unfelt things that block us in day-to-day life and use the pleasure as a tool for healing.
Powerful!
As a result of these practices, I have seen women really step up in their lives. I see them unlock channels of truth and beauty previously hidden. I see them become more alive and confident in their bodies!
It really is like magick…
Of course, I credit my school The Modern Mystery School for my spiritual development and my recent success in life. It all started with a Life Activation which leads me to this point… sexually liberated! (among other things lol)
Did I see this being a part of my life two years ago? No! Yet via my spiritual training, I have arrived here… A teacher and coach in women’s empowerment via Love, Sex, and Relationships AND totally loving it!
